Launching out to do the work that God has called one to do is never easy, but it is imperative to stay on task no matter what.
Along the journey, you can be sure that it will include opposition from expected and unexpected individuals; it will not have the complete plan but rest assured that it will be revealed as you press on. This journey is filled with so many lessons and revelations that you would not gain otherwise...it will mature you, stretch you, and lead you to a place of deep dependency on God that you have not accessed before...Welcome to walking on water. But remember, even on the water, Peter started to sink!
You see, it's the unexpected storms, wind, and noise that will always come with intentions to distract and derail you from the SOURCE notice I said the source, not the work, because if the storms and noise can get you to remove your focus from the source, then you will lose the vision, and you will begin to sink.
I am reminded of Haggai, the prophet who went to the children of Israel and encouraged them to complete the temple's building and do it with excellence. Even though it wasn't like the first house that Solomon built, God encouraged the people through Haggai, the prophet, that the glory of this temple would surpass Solomon's temple.
Examine yourself daily and guard your access to the Father. Remember that the most crucial part of any assignment is that God called you to build for HIS glory, and he is after the finished product. Do not be weary in well doing, for you shall reap a harvest of blessing if you faint not. REBUILD!
